Where are we going to eat all of this food and hold this party/corporate event?
Facilities? Got them? Great! If not -- no problem!
We have partnered with a client who has several centrally located facilities to
house groups of 20 - 2000(+) from downtown Dallas to Las Colinas. These facilities
will range in price dependant on the size of your group and what props and/or drink
combinations you will desire. Most facilities will sell nonalcoholic beverages mixed
with beer/wine and full open bar options. We will facilitate your request pending
on your needs. The facilities we have partnered with also offer full Cajun party theme props if desired.
Now that we are inside eating, what can we do to put out those flames from that
Cajun food? (It's not that hot but how about a Frozen Hurricane?)
A) Frozen drink machines available! "Beau" knows how to make a mean Frozen
Hurricane mix! Margaritas too! He/We have got you covered. Ask for details. Rentals
do not include alcohol -- we'll explain!
Our Cajun/Zydeco party band is lead by native New Orleanian Dennis. They
play the music that's played along the Gulf Coast, from New Orleans to Houston.
The Zydeco Beat, Chank-A-Chank, Second Line, Cajun 2-Step and Rhythm & Blues.
The band has been a perfect addition to crayfish boils, music festivals, mardi gras
parties, and fais do dos nationwide since 1989. You'll hear lots of favorites like
Jambalaya, My Toot-Toot, Jole Blon, and Big Mamou along with some original sounds and
popular party songs. Dennis has a great rapport with the crowd
and keeps things cookin'. When your event calls for Louisiana music call on Dennis and the 5 piece band.

B) Zydeco CDs available but not the same as the live band! Regardless, Cajun/Zydeco
tunes really enhance the ambiance of your event (most facilities will have CD/sound capability).
