Yes……whichever is the least expensive means of shipping is what we encourage. Both employee holiday gifts and corporate client gifts are NOT cheap each year so if we can aid in reducing expensive shipping cost…….we will do our best to save you every dollar we can!

8. How is our Spicy Cajun Fried turkey so different than a Greenberg Smoked turkey from Tyler Texas?
Well one is smoked and the other is deep fried in peanut oil. Each is unique and well known on a national basis! Our birds are injected with a Cajun-seasoned mix which is injected in to all areas of the meat of the bird. NO smoking at all. Thus our Spicy Cajun fried turkeys when re-heated unleash a savory Cajun seasoning mix throughout the entire bird. When cut into………..these injected juices run throughout the entire bird. Greenberg turkeys are different in that they are smoked…….there for not having the same consistency as a fried turkey!
9. How do we order one of your suggested items for our personal or employee/ client holiday gifts?

We suggest on larger orders to call us in August through October. Like Greenberg smoked turkeys we too take months to prepare the volume of Spicy Cajun fried turkeys we sell each year!
