1. Live crayfish/crawfish orders must be placed by 2 p.m. the day before delivery.
Delivery days typically Tues, Thurs, Sat.

2. Pricing --- Pricing will be per sack which average 28-42 pounds.
We will offer pricing at time of order. Honesty is our goal.
Prices and quantity will vary like the weather! This also depends on that weeks catch.
We tell it and sell it how it is...Otherwise you don't come back...Right? Prices for
our crayfish/crawfish will
always meet or beat the few local suppliers and Dallas caterers.
As you know, during the height of the season, crawfish sizes/prices will typically
vary and you will be able to buy "graded sizes" which fluctuate in price.
What we quote at order time is what you pay. We don't like surprises!
Neither do you.
3. Types of crawfish:
- Field Run (Smallest)
- Washed (Medium)
- Select (Large)
Do not be fooled by other local sellers who sell Field Run at Select prices. There are different colored sacks for the different grades/sizes of crawfish.
We will always check with our supplier to confirm your order before we commit.
Chances are if we can't get them, our few local competitors can not either!

Crawfish Company must verify order / size at time of delivery... Not the next day!
Orders will typically be +/- a few pounds as the bags always vary in weight when
we get them. This is the nature of the business!

Don't be fooled by expensive "Cajun packages" on most sites! We too sell beads and spices for
pocket change. Not as "Cajun packages" to help mark up the cost of the crawfish!
National orders require more processing/shipping needs thus increasing prices over local live crawfish!
