After these fresh USDA inspected Cajun birds marinate for up to 24 plus hours,
they are then carefully fried in only peanut oil! The peanut oil coupled with the
special frying temperature helps lock in the Cajun Crawfish special seasoning so
when you cut in to that piping hot turkey, juices will flow up and over the edges
of your holiday treat! Tired of the same old dried out oven cooked turkey? Just wait
til you taste that juicy Cajun Crawfish marinade as it seeps out of each tender bite!
Once fried our USDA inspected Cajun fried turkeys are cooled and then carefully wrapped in
an oven safe aluminum foil where we vacuum pack each savory 10-12 pound bird. Then off
to your tables they go!
