Event Booking Instructions

BOOK YOUR EVENT NOW

1. Please call or email with a tentative date you may be interested in.

2. Fill out as accurately as possible the on line catering/ bid form and email it to us OR we will be happy to go over your request via the phone or by email first.

3. Crawfish boils are seasonal and are booked from January thru July 4th weekend ( pending availability in January and late June to early July)

4. ALL of our regular Cajun menu items including boiled shrimp/lobsters, Cajun fried catfish, BBQ, holiday dinners including Cajun fried turkeys with holiday sides may be booked year round!

5. Catering events are reserved by a 25% deposit and remaining amounts are typically due at the conclusion of the event. We accept all forms of payment except American Express.

6. We offer FULL EVENT PLANNING party planning/corporate event planning services.

7. Please contact us so that we can assist you on your next private or corporate event, company picnic, birthday party, ground breaking, fundraiser etc.
